Cycling Insoles – Adding arch support in your cycling shoes can help with common biking foot issues as well as problems associated with poor musculoskeletal alignment by evenly distributing the force of your pedal stroke and aligning the bones in your feet.

Does everyone need arch supports while cycling? No; but around 97 or 98% do need it. Very occasionally I will have a client who processes proprioceptive feedback from the feet while cycling without any need for arch supports. Some of these people find any level of arch contact painful.

Cycling Insoles

Cycling Insoles can give added support and stability for a rider. The constant downwards pressure on the feet can cause pain and discomfort if the right support is not in place. By adding a Cycling Insole, the shoe is more cushioning and minimises the pain that could otherwise be caused. The focus is on the arch of the foot due to the contact with the pedal.
