Tubes and Tyres – Our range of mountain bike, road and hybrid tyres will keep you rolling in all weathers and terrains. Mountain bike tyres offer all sorts of specialisms – chunky treads to keep you going through the mud, slicker patterns for racing over sun-baked earth or combination patterns for getting to grips with gravel. For the road, you’ll want slick tyres if you’re racing, and for the daily commute, you’ll need hybrid tyres with a combination of tread and smoothness that can deal with all weathers, and give you a good balance between grip and speed.

Bike tyres are essential for cycling and most bikes need inner tubes too. A new bike tyre can transform the way your bike rides and even reduce the chances of getting a puncture. Mountain bike tyres are available for different wheel sizes, so there are 27.5” (650b) tyres and 29” tyres. Road bike tyres like the Continental Gatorskin are 700c. When buying bike inner tubes, you need to match the bicycle tyres size. A 27.5” tyre needs a 27.5” inner tube.

As well as road and MTB tyres we stock tyres for hybrid bikes and turbo trainer tyres as well as kids bike tyres for all wheel sizes. Continental bike tyres are very popular, and we also stock tyres from all the other big brands like Maxxis and Schwalbe. Tubeless tyres are popular on both road and mountain bikes. Used with tubeless sealant they can self-heal small punctures, so you don’t get a flat.
